About Me

(But Make It Interesting)

From Dismantling Toys to Developing Products: My Story

They say curiosity killed the cat, but in my case, it built a career. From the moment I could speak, I was on a mission to understand how the world worked – much to the chagrin of my parents and any small electronics within my reach. That childhood fascination with the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of things has evolved into a 13-year adventure in the tech industry, turning “what ifs” into “what is,” and crafting digital solutions that bridge the gap between human needs and technological possibilities.

My professional journey reads like a tech-themed version of “Around the World in 80 Days.” I’ve crunched numbers as a financial modeling analyst, led teams across six continents, and navigated the delicate balance between human desires, business needs, and technical realities. It’s been a wild ride, filled with late-night coding sessions, eureka moments, and more challenges than I care to admit.

Fintech

My Fintech journey began with spreadsheets and evolved into creating tools that transformed raw data into actionable insights. At S&P Global, I helped build financial models that became client favorites, outperforming industry standards. Whether partnering on AI-powered search tools or integrating acquisitions into scalable platforms, I found joy in turning numbers into narratives that shaped smarter decisions.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI has always been my playground for solving complex problems. From designing predictive systems that reduced decision-making timelines to crafting tools that felt intuitive to users, I’ve worked on projects where technology truly met human needs. One highlight? Helping businesses uncover connections in vast data sets that they didn’t even know existed—like finding needles in haystacks but faster and smarter.

CyberSecurity AND Privacy

In the world of cybersecurity and privacy, I’ve been on a mission to make trust a competitive advantage. At Monotype, I championed privacy-by-design principles, creating headless account management portals that empowered users to control their data seamlessly. My efforts ensured compliance with global regulations while driving connected experiences—proving that security doesn’t have to come at the cost of usability.

NUCLEAR FUSION

Working on nuclear fusion projects was like stepping into a sci-fi novel—except the stakes were real. At ITER, I orchestrated digital transformation efforts that streamlined collaboration across 35 member nations. From automating reporting workflows to upgrading legacy systems for secure cloud integration, my work helped scientists focus on innovation while ensuring their data stayed protected.

Design and Font technology

Typography may seem niche, but it’s everywhere—from your favorite app to the billboard you pass on the street. At Monotype, I balanced art and engineering by launching platforms that enhanced font accessibility and functionality for millions of users. Whether optimizing rendering or creating personalized user journeys, I found joy in making design work beautifully across devices and industries.

EDUCATION AND AWARDS

Not to brag (okay, maybe a little), but here’s the paper trail of my academic adventures:

3

POST-GRADUATE DEGREES

Somehow convinced IIIT Bangalore to give me a fancy piece of paper. Then did it twice more at Liverpool John Moores’ University and IIM Raipur.

4

BUSINESSES LAUNCHED

Partnered with some brilliant minds to birth four zero-to-one products and business lines. Only had minor panic attacks along the way!

10+

Professional CERTIFICATIONS

Because my walls were reinforced to hold more certificates! CSPO certified and a regular at Continuous Education Programs.

4+

LANGUAGES SPOKEN

Still figuring out if I should call myself a polyglot, quadrilingual, or tetraglot. Whatever it is, I can order coffee and apologize for my accent in at least four different ways.

1,000,000+

SMILES GENERATED

Turns out, changing lives is addictive! Accidentally became a happiness dealer through work and volunteering. Side effects may include increased optimism and spontaneous high-fives.

21

COUNTRIES VISITED

Collecting passport stamps before they go out of style. Each trip involved getting gloriously lost, eating questionable street food, and pretending I knew more local phrases than I actually did.
